We have liability insured and are bonded. We can also show proof of workers comp insurance so that you can be sure you will not be liable should a cleaner become hurt while cleaning.

We have a monthly contract or a yearly contract.

Can you provide references?

Our company will be able to provide you with references from our clients. Contact these references and ask how happy they are with the cleaning services that we provide.

Do you provide supplies?

We provide all supplies and invoice them at the end of the month.

Is your janitorial company a part-time or full-time business?

We are a full-Time company and are available 7 days a week, when you need us.

Do you keep MSDS (material safety data sheets) at the facility?

Yes, we do have MSDS (material safety data sheets) binders at your site for the products that we using to do your office cleaning.

Do you train your staff?

Yes, we train our staff for janitorial office cleaning, industrial cleaning, childcare facility or school cleaning, or for the facility or business you need cleaned?
